Lets start with the basic need for this position and who needs it.  This is the exciting part, EVERY business that wants to do any type of promotion online!  Thats right every business needs to have a social plan in effect!  Take a look at the commercials on tv, you will see more and more companies sending people to their facebook or twitter pages.   Now look at the cell phones out now, they all have social access, you dont even need a computer anymore to network with others.
